Prohibited topics
Principle
Opponentura takes on any lawful topic, including the hardest and most conflict-ridden: hard negotiations, dismissals, lawsuits, partner conflicts, bankruptcies. Without moralizing — the panel critiques your decision, not you.
There is a short list of topics the Service will not address under any circumstances. We define them by action, not by words: discussing, mentioning or analyzing a phenomenon as a matter of context is not prohibited; what is prohibited is facilitating the following.
The list (we cut these ourselves)
- Facilitating violent crime — killing, contract crime, causing harm to people.
- Human trafficking and organ trafficking.
- Terrorism and its financing.
- Weapons of mass destruction, the making of weapons and explosives.
- Production and trafficking of drugs.
- Child sexual abuse material — an absolute prohibition.
- Targeted harm to a specific private individual — stalking, doxxing, harassment.
What is NOT prohibited (common doubts)
- Mentioning public figures, companies, politicians — these are matters of context.
- A lawful “hard” business topic (a tough dismissal, a partner lawsuit, a hostile takeover, bankruptcy) — we take it on.
- Analyzing the risks of lawful activity in a regulated industry — we take it on, with regard to legality in your jurisdiction.
How it works technically
Requests pass a pre-filter and a model-level check. On a match the Service does not block silently — it asks you to rephrase; on an explicit request to facilitate a prohibited action, it declines.
